Reserva
Nacional Radal-Siete Tazas
60
kilometers from the city
of Curicó and the town of
Molina
you find this national reserve
and the principal attraction
of the province. The Siete
Tazas are natural pools
which have been sculpted
during centuries by the
water of the Claro River
above volcanic rock; surrounded
by fitted steep and a leafy
virgin forest of Radales,
cordilleranos, Coihues,
oaks and cypresses. Other
waterfalls exist, between
which we should mention
El Salto de la Leona and
El Velo de la Novia. For
those tourists that are
more adventurous and thanks
to the Sendero de Chile
project, it is possible
to access other sectors
further away such as el
Valle del Indio, Laguna
de Las Animas, etc. On this
trail you can only horseback
rides, hikes, and mountain
biking. It is also possible
to go rafting, kayaking,
trekking, and make excursions.
